SOLD Scarce example of early Optimus 8 camping stove made for German market in WW2 Era.
Looks like the stove was never fired !!! All the important patents and markings are present on the tin case " OPTIMUS Made in Sweden No 8 REG No 801106", on the side of the case the markings are " Swedish PAT No 71018" the brass reservoir has the marking " NUR FUR BENZIN C.T.R. 10 " . The stove is made of brass and the case made of tin metal and runs with white gas or Coleman Fuel. Comes with two jet cleaners and the key. Some wear and tear present on the original green color case but the burner and reservoir looks unused!! Dimensions : 125 mm x 125 mm x 80 mm.
