Antique Small Nautical Dry Card Compass Made in England
This is an excellent example of a pocket floating card compass made in England in the last half 19th century. It is a small version of the nautical compasses used by sailors on a small vessel. This particular piece has a adonized brass case and wonderful paper floating card, an automatic locking system and a nice red central jewel. Dimensions: 60 mm diameter and 16 mm height. Some minimal wear and tear due to the age.
