This is an antique travel compendium including a 8 day Swiss made clock a small aneroid barometer and a thermometer. The device was most likely made in the first quarter of 1900’s. The three separate instruments are fully functional. The 8 day Swiss clock was serviced recently and keeps time well (52 mm diameter porcelain face), barometer shows changes in the atmospheric pressure and the paper face is 48 mm diameter. The thermometer shows the temperature in Fahrenheit degrees and goes from 20F to 100F. The burgundy velvet and the leather covered case is in excellent condition with some minimal wear and tear with the functional locking system.
The condition of this item is excellent. Considering it was a mobile device, the leather exterior is scuffed in few places and the velvet has weared off at hinges.
Dimensions: 7”L X 3"1/4W X 1H when closed.
