Zero Stock-Antique Small Telescope Spyglass Made in England
An excellent example of small three draw brass telescope made In England in the mid 1800s. The telescope focuses clear from the first draw following the eye piece. Has a mahogany wood barrel and a nice engraving on the eyepiece (Day And Night Achromatic) Dimensions: 17 inch span when opened and 6 inch when closed and 32 mm object lens. The telescope was restored by a fellow collector and is in excellent condition. Due to its compact size the device had many users,from the boat captain, cavalry officer or early explorer. Excellent for sightseeing and hiking.
