SOLD Excellent example of a very well made toy or replica depicting an early 17-18 century cardboard and brass telescope made in Germany for US market (US Patent April 24 1905 present on the eye filter) The telescope is in excellent condition is very realistically made, has a four lens Schyrle erecting system (one object lens (18 mm) , erecting couplet and an eye lens) and has sharp image (about 10x power) . Comes with original carboard pouch, object lens cover and extra dark sun filter with minimal wear and tear due to the age. Dimensions: 29 inches open, 11 inches closed.
