Antique Officer of the Watch Telescope French Navy WW1
Here is a good example of Officer of the Watch nautical telescope most likely made in France around WW1 era. The telescope is made of brass covered with black enamel paint. The condition is very good and has sharp image (34 mm object lenses) and x15 power. This is a fully functional telescope in very good condition with smooth draw action. The object lens has a nice brass dust cover and the the black leather cover still in good condition. Telescope focuses pushing or pulling slowly the first draw in and out. Dimensions: 251/2 inches open, 18 inches close.
