Excellent example of brass compass made by Short Mason London in late 1800’s. The compass has a side needle locking system, bar compass needle, a nice stone, clean dial and a thick beveled glass face. The compass hand points North easily and works well. The case has nice patina. Dimensions: 38mm diameter and 12mm height.
