Excellent example of antique compass made by well known scientific instruments maker Short & Mason for Taylor Rochester New York (Pat April 20 1915). The compass has a nice silvered face with a blue steel compass needle resting on a nice stone with a screw type locking system. The compass condition is excellent and shows the magnetic North . Dimensions: 44 mm diameter and 8 mm height.
