Featured below is an early example of genuine pocket prismatic compass most likely made around WW1 Era England for Eugene Dietzgen and used by US Engineering Department. The compass is complete and comes with original adonized brass case with a fordable prism, sight vane incorporated in the lid , a nice floating unusual black card face and locking system. The original leather pouch in very good condition for the age with missing the front strap. Dimensions: 80 mm diameter and 21 mm height.
