An excellent example of small three draw brass telescope made by the well known scientific instruments maker Negretti & Zambra London in early 1900’s. The telescope focuses clear from the first draw following the eye piece. Has a nice patina and brown color leather cover. The only dust cover from the eye lens is missing and a small mark visible on eye piece lens. Dimensions: 17 inch span when opened and 6 1/2 inch when closed and 32 mm object lens. Due to its compact size the device had many users, from the boat captain, cavalry officer or early explorer. Excellent for sightseeing and hiking.
